There is no way to make more dramatic changes in one's body than through bodybuilding training. Most of these effects are obviously positive, and begin to reveal themselves almost immediately. But what about the long term effects? I will evaluate them in terms of positives and negatives. |

I sometimes ponder the thought of being a gym newbie possessing my current knowledge about weightlifting/exercise. Would I have achieved results quicker? Most likely. Would I be in better shape than I am in now? Probably. Would I have been subjected to the same occurrences in the gym? Possibly. |

To use 10x10, take a weight that you can get 20 reps with and then do only 10; rest 30 secnds, and do 10 more. Continue until you've completed 10 sets of 10 reps. The first few sets will be easy, the last few brutal—and you may be able to get only eight or nine reps on your last two sets. In fact, if you get 10 reps on all 10 sets, add weight at your next workout. |
