Creatine, creatine, creatine. This seems to be one, if not the most popular word within the bodybuilding circle. Almost all bodybuilding enthusiast, whether pros or hobbyists, seems to have developed an urge to stack up on it on a regular basis. I can’t blame them since creatine is indeed one of those supplements that bodybuilders can’t live without! But which kind is best for you? |

The number one supplement in my mind is creatine. It is a tried and true supplement that all athletes have benefited from for years. With the new delivery systems and forms, companies have made it even better. From my experience it is a tried and true supplement and it has only gotten better. |
