Another fun way to get your daily protein intake in without feeling the guilt!protein-cookies

Ingredients:

  • Ingredients for 4 cookies:
  • 1/2 cup chocolate ISOMORPH BY APS
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts OR almonds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tsp cocoa
  • tbsp of chocolate chips (optional)

Mix all ingredients. Bake for 10-15 min at 275. Let cookies cool down completely. These cookies tend to be too soft when they’re just out of the oven. It’s better to let them cool for a while until their texture firms up.
